THRIVE Phase I Reopen

Thank you for your support during these unprecedented times. We are committed to reopening in a manner that is safe for our employees and patients. Please call the office with any questions. Please also note the below is subject to change if the current situation were to evolve in a significant manner. We look forward to serving you!

Week of May 4th

Well Visits & Preventive Medical Appointments Resume In Office (limited availability due to schedule spacing)

Sick Visits Will Continue Virtually Until Further Notice (Call the Office to Schedule)

Lab Appointments Resume (limited availability due to schedule spacing)

Call the Office For All Appointments. Appointments Only; No Walk-Ins Permitted

Weekend Hours Resume May 9th & 10th (Retail Only): 9 am - 3 pm

Precautions Through May for a Safe Reopen:

**(This is subject to change & may be amended depending on evolving circumstances)

Temperature checks for all patients before entering Thrive

Patients will be asked a series of screening questions before entering Thrive

Employees will be wearing PPE for their own protection & yours

Staggered schedule for lab and medical appointments to ensure optimal safety

No waiting room usage; Patients will be put in room upon arrival

Additional cleaning of consult & exam rooms between appointments

Employees will be practicing social distancing guidelines-we ask patients do the same

Phase II (Acupuncture, Dietetics, Clinical Psychology, Spa Services,
Yoga & Fitness Studio, Group Events) Opening TBD:
We are working on safe and effective plans to reopen these services, in conjunction with Federal and State guidance, as early as we can. Stay tuned for further updates in the coming weeks. We look forward to a full re-open soon!

We ask that if you have a retail (supplement or other need), you call ahead and we can take payment over the phone and deliver to your car curbside in front of Bricktops.
