Kundalini Yoga 101: Mastering the Ten-Body System: July 14, 2019

Kundalini Yoga is described as “the Yoga of awareness”. This ancient and very practical Yogic science uses technologies that integrate the entire nervous system and glandular system, allowing for the body and mind to communicate quickly and efficiently with one another, and for the spirit to be heard.  It does this using four foundational tools to access each level of the human system: Sound science (Mantra), physical movement (Kriya), breathwork (Pranayam), and mind training (Meditation).

Experienced through Kundalini Yoga, the human Mind-Body-Spirit system is given exciting new depth and dimension, as this Yoga teaches us that we actually possess and operate within ten bodies: One soul, three mental bodies, one physical body, and five energetic bodies. With this expanded detail of our anatomy, we are able to operate within our systems with heightened intelligence, empowerment, and enlightenment. Upon practicing in this way, there is an immediate and enduring physical upgrade of the practitioner’s nervous system and endocrine system. The result is a sense of greater energy, clarity, and elevation. Previous symptoms of monkey brain, anxiety, depressive thoughts, and compulsive worrying are nearly impossible to reclaim. Results like these and so much more are tangible and immediate.

In this exciting workshop designed for all levels, including novices, you will be introduced to the history and fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga and taken through a Master Class that seamlessly integrates mantra, kriya, pranayama, and meditation. The lecture will cover the Ten-Body system, as well as what Kundalini Yoga is, and is not. Most importantly, the practitioner is promised to experience your own strength, energy, and elevation in a practical and pragmatic way.

Please dress comfortably (no spandex required!), bring something with which to take notes, and most important of all, remember your open hearts and minds. Class is not heated, but be prepared to sweat!
