Make your own Kombucha: Fermentation 101

This is an Introduction to making your own cultured/fermented food – Kombucha, Jun Tea and cultured vegetables. Come learn why you need these beautiful healing foods in your life and see how simple it is to make them at home. This workshop will leave you and your immune system armed and ready to go!

Catherine Atwood has for seventeen years provided clients with wellness services including homeopathy, yoga, healthy cooking & food shopping and TRE® as modalities to restore health and balance. As a native French-Canadian, she grew up in the kitchen and learned first hand what to use from the larder to reestablish health. She vows to teach others what she has learned from generations of women before her. She has a B.S. in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton’s College of Natural Health, Certified Nutritional Consultant through the American Association of Nutrition Consultants, she is a 200-hrs yoga teacher and has been teaching at different churches and is a certified TRE ® provider.
