Na’il Diggs – Wellness Coach, Former Panther, and Green Bay Packer

Na’il experienced many victories, losses and every type of physical and psychological pain imaginable. It took a great deal of talent and ability in order to have a lasting career in the NFL, but late in his career Na’il suffered from intense physical and psychological pain on a daily basis. That’s when he discovered the most precious gift of all – mindful breathing.
Na’il is a proud father of two beautiful children a graduate of The Ohio State University, and a 12 year professional in the NFL. After retirement, he began to consciously heal his physical and psychological pain and this is where Na’il chooses to become a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), public speaker, financial literacy coach/advocate, and writer and teach these profoundly effective methods and techniques to help men Thrive.

Dr. Scott Greenapple, DC, CCSP, FIAMA-Acupuncture, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Mindfulness- Qi Gong Coach.

Dr, Greenapple has been practicing for 32 years as a high-level sports physician.  He has been a member of the USA Medical staff for six years with US Triathlon and Duathlon teams. He has worked with NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, Olympic Medalists as well as numerous collegiate and high school athletic teams. Dr. G is certified with the IIQTC (Institute of Integral QIGong and Tai Chi) and has studied throughout North America as well as China with Master Zhou, Master Chunyi Lin, Master Li Junfeng, Dr. Roger Jahnka, and many others. He practices and teaches some of the forms of Medical Qi Gong- Bu Zheng, ( vitality or enhance function), Baduanjin ( eight brocades), Spring Forest Qi Gong to name a few.  He now devotes his time to Acupuncture, Eastern medicine and philosophy, incorporating Mindfulness Meditation and Qi Gong/Tai Chi and energy healing at Thrive.
