The Skilled Body Project with Grace Morales
This is a class based on moving skillfully through the functional line of the body. It leans up and tones the arms, whittles the waistline, lifts the inner thighs and flattens the lower abdominal wall in a powerful way. Functional line training also sharpens brain function through working opposing limbs and varying the direction faced during the execution of the movements. Class includes the use of light hand and ankle weights, an easy to follow the rhythmic pace and carefully crafted instruction to help you execute technique while delivering cardiovascular benefits. The movements require precision and visual tracking, asking you to let go of mental blocks that not only make you more physically available for your workout but deliver new found presence for your day. A skilled body does not happen overnight, but in the meantime, you can certainly have fun and enjoy the ride.
Students need to wear sneakers.
