DESCRIPTION:Let’s explore what happens during menopause\, common symptoms\, and the wide range of experiences women may have during this transition. We’ll take a closer look at hormone replacement therapy (HRT): what it is\, how it works\, potential benefits\, possible risks\, and who might be a good candidate. Our goal is to provide reliable information\, debunk myths\, and create a comfortable space where participants can ask questions\, share experiences\, and learn from one another.\nWhether you’re approaching menopause\, navigating it now\, or supporting someone who is\, this session will help you feel more informed\, confident\, and connected.\n\n\n\nWe’ll begin with a 55-minute yoga class with Suzanne Bergen\, and end with a short presentation by Thrive’s physicians. All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered.
