We’ll explore why quality sleep is essential for physical health\, emotional well-being\, and everyday performance. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how sleep works\, what happens when we don’t get enough of it\, and simple strategies to improve your nightly rest. \n\n\n\nWe’ll begin with a 55-minute yoga class with Suzanne Bergen\, and end with a short presentation by Thrive’s physicians. All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered.
