Group Visits / Classes / Programs

At Thrive, we offer comprehensive group programs and classes that focus on a variety of topics and subject matters.  Check out our calendar for upcoming events to attend. See below for a couple of our offerings to get an idea of the type of group programs that will be offered through our staff.

Yoga 101: A three part series designed to introduce individuals new to yoga. After completion participants will be able to easily assimilate into a traditional yoga class

Introduction to Meditation: A two hour class to guide participants through a meditation series that will allow them to incorporate the practice into their everyday life.

A Place To Start : A six week program to participants incorporate lifestyle changes through diet, exercise and stress reduction.

Preconception Planning: A 2 hour class to help participants plan ahead for future child-bearing

Healthy Cooking Classes :  Evening sessions in collaboration with local chefs, farmers and health food grocers to present patients with the tools to optimize the diet at home.
