A healthy gut is important to overall health.

A few simple changes to our diet and how we source produce will maximize gut health and enhance your detoxifying process.

  • Keep out the Bad – Our food supply is tainted with toxins such as pesticides, preservatives, fungicides, food dyes, and other man-made chemicals. We also need to get rid of “over the counter toxins” such as Advil, Aleve, Tylenol, and others. Using over the counter toxins in moderation is acceptable, but only in cases of need.
