Thriver Spotlight: Vivian Selles

Vivian started her practice in 2012 after dabbling in and out of yoga for over a decade.

In 2014, she completed her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance® Teacher Training with Lee Anne Smith. Since then, Vivian has taught at various yoga studios and alternative spaces across Charlotte. Vivian believes yoga is truly for everyone, regardless of their physical or mental state and strives to provide her students with a safe space with accessibility. Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, Vivian’s skillful sequencing and playful demeanor will provide a well-rounded, complete practice.
