Oat Milk Recipe

  • 1 cup whole rolled oats (by GF oats if needed)
  • 6 cups of water
  • 4 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  • Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly
  • Strain liquid with a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl
  • Pour strained milk into a carafe to be stored in the fridge
