Amy graduated from Davidson College with a BA in Psychology. She went on to earn a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate from Emory University and just recently passed the National Board Exam for Health and Wellness Coaches. Amy was an acute care physical therapist before shifting her focus to disease prevention and healthy living through a functional medicine lens. She is passionate about helping people improve their sleep hygiene and making body movement a priority in their lives. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, walking her dogs, cooking, and training for marathons.
