These significant findings include, but not limited to-stress management, anxiety, relaxation, digestive disorders, fibromyalgia, headaches, circulation, lymphatic drainage, insomnia due to stress, myofascial pain syndrome, soft tissue strains, sports injuries, TMJ, and enhanced growth in preterm infants.  We are excited to offer several massage options here at Thrive as a complement to our comprehensive holistic model. Deep Tissue (30 min)-$80 // Deep Tissue (60 min)-$110 // Deep Tissue (90 min)-$150 

Deep tissue massage uses deeper pressure to release chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). In our thirty minute session, your massage therapist can focus on a specific problem area – for example neck and shoulders or hamstrings and calves. The benefits of deep tissue massage include releasing chronic muscle tension, lowering spasms, treating anxiety, reducing arthritis symptoms, lowering blood pressure and improving recovery from injuries.

Aromatherapy (60 min)-$90

Aromatherapy massage uses the restorative properties of essential oils to relax and heal your body and mind. Choose your scent from a variety of essential oils from Green Envee. Neuromuscular (60 min)-$120

Neuromuscular therapy is a form of soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems. Neuromuscular massage is effective for many soft tissue pain problems including back and neck pain, headaches including migraines, hip and shoulder pain and numbness or tingling in the arms or legs.

Prenatal (60 min)-$90

Prenatal massage can be very beneficial to expectant mothers. Your massage therapist has received training beyond the national standards for massage therapists and knows how to address specific pregnancy and massage needs. Potential benefits of prenatal massage:

Your massage therapist will work with you to design a session geared to achieving a specific result, based on your goals. Sports massage can help with flexibility, fatigue and endurance, and also help prevent injuries.Whether you are a professional athlete, someone looking to improve their golf swing or hit peak performance during your next half-marathon, sports massage is for you.

Swedish (60 min) – $90

Swedish massage involves the use of hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles. This is a gentle massage that provides relaxation and pain relief and improves circulation.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage (60 min) –  $130
Salt stone massages reduce muscle tension and inflammation. Salt stones also contain eighty four different minerals and trace minerals that occur naturally in the body. During a salt stone massage, these minerals can be absorbed through the skin. This massage is both relaxing and rejuvenating – a one of a kind experience!
