Massage and bodywork at Thrive is a complement to our comprehensive, holistic model and as an important part of overall lifestyle medicine practices.

Your massage will offer traditional bodywork, as well as a deep sensory experience. Enjoy a hot towel treatment as well as sound and aromatherapy to help you find energetic and somatic release.

Hot and cold stones, as well as body cupping can be included in your massage – ask your therapist for details.

Prenatal massages are available upon request; please specify when scheduling your appointment.

60-minute massage $135
75-minute massage $170
90-minute massage $200

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

At booking, clients will be asked to provide a $80 deposit that will go toward the full service cost. Clients may reschedule prior to 24 hours of their scheduled service with no penalty, and their deposit will go towards the next scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling/cancelling within the 24-hour period and/or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
