Step 1 – If you are a new patient or interested in becoming one, please call us at 704-390-7150. Before calling, please make sure you are familiar with our insurance policy, outlined below.

Step 3 – Register and complete the medical questionnaire located in your Power2Patient portal (You will receive an email with a link to this questionnaire). This information is very important for your appointment. We look forward to seeing you!
Thrive is an out-of-network provider, which means we do not accept insurance. You can expect to pay a fee for service. As a courtesy, we will send a receipt of your payment to your insurance company. We cannot guarantee reimbursement. When scheduling your appointment, we will be happy to provide you with expected costs as well as procedures for lab work.
