Thrive is an out-of-network provider, which means we do not accept insurance. You can expect to pay a fee for service. As a courtesy, we will provide you with an itemized receipt with diagnosis codes if you would like to submit to your insurance company. We cannot guarantee reimbursement.
When scheduling your appointment, we will be happy to provide you with expected costs as well as procedures for lab work.

Claim Filing and Reimbursement
Within 48 hours of your visit, an itemized copy of your receipt containing diagnosis codes will be uploaded to your patient portal. This receipt can be used to file with your insurance if you choose to do so. Receipts are located in the documents folder of your Power2Patient portal.
