Are you interested in becoming a patient? Follow these three simple steps to get started and we’ll help with the rest!

Thrive is an out-of-network provider, which means we do not accept insurance. You can expect to pay a fee for service. As a courtesy, we will provide you with an itemized receipt with diagnosis codes if you would like to submit to your insurance company. We cannot guarantee reimbursement.

When scheduling your appointment, we will be happy to provide you with expected costs as well as procedures for lab work.

Thrive offers both membership and à la carte pricing for appointments.

Costs:

• Option 1: Thriver membership is $300/month (12 month commitment)
• Option 2: Initial visit (90 min) + one follow up (45 min) is $875.00

What to Expect at your First Appointment

Prior to your appointment, your provider will review the medical questionnaire you completed at registration. During your appointment, your provider will go over your health goals and current symptoms you are experiencing. They may also recommend supplements or prescriptions as well as diet or lifestyle changes that would benefit you.

During your follow-up visit (3-6 weeks later) your provider will go over your lab results, make recommendations based on those results and discuss what the path looks like moving forward. We look foward to meeting with you!
