Amy was an acute care physical therapist before shifting her focus to disease prevention and healthy living through a functional medicine lens. She is passionate about helping people improve their sleep hygiene and prioritizing body movement. She enjoys traveling with her family, walking her dogs, cooking, and training for marathons in her free time.
Amy graduated from Davidson College with a BA in Psychology. She earned a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate from Emory University and passed the National Board Exam for Health and Wellness Coaches.
