Amy has been a practicing acute care physical therapist for 26 years. In 2021, she returned to school for Health Coaching as she recognized the dire need for intervention to ward off chronic disease through lifestyle changes.
Amy is passionate about brain health and working with women to help them thrive through the transition from perimenopause to menopause. Amy is pursuing a functional nutrition certification through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy and intends to sit for the INFCP credential exam.
Amy graduated from Davidson College with a BA in Psychology. She earned a Master of Physical Therapy and Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate from Emory University and passed the National Board Exam for Health and Wellness Coaches. Availability Tuesday and Wednesday 8 am-5 pm
