Charla D. Seif, FMCHC, NBC-HWC, CPT, CPA

Charla D. Seif, FMCHC, NBC-HWC, CPT, RYT 200, CPA

Charla works with clients who are ready to feel more energized, vibrant, and confident in their health, but arent sure how to get there on their own. After experiencing meaningful improvements in her own health through functional medicine, she became passionate about helping others uncover the root causes behind their symptoms and create sustainable changes that support long-term wellness. Her goal is to help clients feel more supported, steady, and at ease on their health journey as they move toward better well-being.

As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Charla combines integrative, evidence-informed wellness strategies with a compassionate, client-centered approach. She works closely with clients to build sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and daily routines — helping them make progress in ways that feel approachable and realistic in their daily lives.

Charla brings a warm, energetic, and encouraging presence to her coaching relationships. She especially enjoys working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for a more personalized path forward. She believes lasting change happens through small, meaningful steps that build confidence and momentum over time, rather than through perfection or extreme routines.

With a professional background in Internal Audit, Charla brings both structure and empathy to her coaching relationships. She enjoys collaborating with functional medicine practitioners to provide clients with comprehensive, individualized care and practical, sustainable strategies.

Whether clients are navigating stress, burnout, low energy, digestive concerns, metabolic health concerns, or simply wanting to feel more like themselves again, Charla offers steady encouragement and accountability to help them move toward their goals with greater clarity and confidence.

Outside of coaching, Charla enjoys traveling, strength training, barre, yoga, trying new recipes, beach vacations, and spending meaningful time with her husband, family, and friends — often unwinding with a good Hallmark Channel movie.

She is passionate about helping clients create realistic, lasting changes so they can feel better in their bodies, rebuild confidence in their health, and thrive in everyday life.
