Come meet Thrive’s certified functional health coaches Amy Carroll and Shawna Giacomini and learn some helpful stress management techniques to help you THRIVE during the holidays.
We’ll begin with a 55-minute yoga class focusing on hip openers with Sally Perry, and end with a short discussion with Thrive’s health coaches. All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered. Wear your yoga clothes and bring your mat!
