Thrive is offering a FREE slow flow yoga class on Wednesday, October 6th at 12pm with Kathy Dickinson.
This class offers all the benefits of vinyasa yoga at a slower pace. Slow Flow is the perfect complement to any athlete’s training program, as well as those looking to improve flexibility.
