This experiential workshop will empower young women as they:
- Learn how to manage expectations and set realistic goals.
- Practice mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce anxiety, enhance positivity, and improve mental health and stamina.
- Explore how to care for your soul to become who you were created to be.
- Try expressive writing which has been shown to be a healthy tool for self discovery, clarity, and reducing anxiety.
- Practical ways to create authentic space for peaceful living.
- Discover power postures and effective body language.
- Understand new ways to cultivate connection and create community.
