Heart health plays a vital role in overall wellness—and understanding cholesterol is one of the most powerful steps you can take to protect it. In this informative and accessible class, we’ll break down how the heart works, what cholesterol really is, and why maintaining healthy levels is essential for long-term well-being.
We’ll begin with a 55-minute yoga class with Suzanne Bergen, and end with a short presentation by Thrive’s physicians. All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered. Wear your yoga clothes and bring your mat!
