Sleep is one of the most powerful—and most overlooked—pillars of health. We’ll explore why quality sleep is essential for physical health, emotional well-being, and everyday performance. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how sleep works, what happens when we don’t get enough of it, and simple strategies to improve your nightly rest.
We’ll begin with a 55-minute yoga class with Suzanne Bergen, and end with a short presentation by Thrive’s physicians. All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered. Wear your yoga clothes and bring your mat!
