Join us to learn how to optimize your muscle function and prevent atrophy. We’ll begin with a 55-minute yoga class with Suzanne Bergen and end with a short presentation by Dr. Nancy Palermo. All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered. Wear your yoga clothes and bring your mat!
