Discover how meditation can be a powerful tool for managing stress and showing up for life.

It’s one of the keys to keeping your immune system high and finding calm in your body & mind. Also, meditation helps develop compassion for yourself and others. Teaching you to walk through life grounded.

This series is perfect for anyone who’s interested in integrating meditation into daily life.

During this series, you’ll learn and practice several different meditation techniques. This gives you the opportunity to explore & learn what works best for you.

Each session will include a combination of lecture, discussion, and practice. Dress comfortably and bring a journal if you like to take notes.

· Mantra (Affirmation)

· Guided Imagery
