Join us for this month’s Yoga & Learn class as we dive into the top health behaviors that promote longevity and vibrant living. This session combines movement, mindfulness, and actionable insights on habits that are proven to extend lifespan and improve quality of life. We’ll discuss nourishing your body with wholesome foods, staying physically active, prioritizing sleep, managing stress, and building strong social connections—all supported by the latest research.
Whether you’re aiming to prevent chronic disease or simply want to live with more energy and purpose, this class will provide practical guidance to help you achieve a vibrant, long-lasting life.
We’ll start with a 55-minute yoga session led by Suzanne Bergen, followed by an informative presentation on longevity tactics. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided to ensure everyone can participate comfortably. Wear your yoga attire and bring your mat!
