- Week 3: Hands-on food prep, shopping lists, and recipes with Thrive’s registered dietitian, Annette Habecker
- Week 4: Pulling it all together. Intro to strength training with Alan Rispoli, meet our functional health coaches Shawna Giacomini and Amy Carroll who will help you set your goals, and a final Q &A.
