Join us for a gentle and restorative yoga class to help you connect with, support, and strengthen your pelvic floor. This class incorporates breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement to promote overall pelvic health.
This class is perfect for women at all stages of life, whether you’re postpartum, managing pelvic discomfort, or simply looking to build awareness and strength in your core.
Before participating, please ensure you have been cleared by your doctor, physical therapist, or midwife. Instructor Madison highly recommends that all women consult a pelvic floor physical therapist at least once to assess their pelvic health.
