In this class, we’ll explore the science of sleep, delve into its powerful health benefits, and practice yoga poses and mindfulness techniques designed to calm the mind and prepare the body for deep, restorative rest. Learn how to optimize your sleep and wake up each day feeling rejuvenated and ready to thrive.
We’ll begin with a 55-minute yoga session led by Suzanne Bergen, followed by an insightful presentation on sleep enhancement strategies. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered to accommodate everyone comfortably. Wear comfortable yoga attire and bring your mat!
