Join instructor Madison Baer, Ph.D., RYT 500 for Yoga for the Pelvic Floor, a specialized 2-hour workshop.
Please note: This event will be the final time Madison teaches this transformative workshop before closing her practice to focus on her growing family!
This all-levels workshop integrates pelvic education, anatomy insights, pelvis mapping, gentle yoga postures, targeted breathwork, and restorative meditation. Designed to bridge the gap in women’s health education, this session provides participants with practical, evidence-informed tools to release chronic tension, improve mobility, and restore balance to the pelvic floor and surrounding support systems.
Having navigated her own path through pelvic floor dysfunction and postpartum recovery, Madison created this workshop to offer a safe, supportive space to reconnect with a vital, often-overlooked part of physical and emotional well-being.
