Today our diet is one of the biggest drivers of imbalances in our health.

The most influential driver of change and reversal of disease and symptoms is changing our diet. As we understand more about the power of healthy nutrient-dense food in promoting optimal health, we find that changing the diet may be the most important tool in the medical toolbox. The problem is the data is confusing and many individuals are not sure where to start.


Over 133 million Americans live with at least one chronic disease and an alarming 2/3rds of all deaths in the US are caused by these chronic diseases.

Not only is there an unnecessary loss of lives there is a tremendous loss of healthcare dollars. In 2010 the US spent over 18% of the GDP on healthcare. That is more than national defense, homeland security, education, and welfare… combined! The good news is most of these death and financial losses are preventable and related to lifestyle factors, especially diet.


Our modern industrialized diet is filled with nutrient-deficient processed foods that appear to be the greatest driver of chronic disease and death.
