Lab Results
You will be contacted via the Athena portal when your provider has reviewed your lab results. At that time, they may message you with comments, or advise that you schedule a phone or in-person visit depending on the complexity of the results. The results will also be uploaded to your Athena portal for your records.

To request a copy of your records or to request that Thrive retrieve records from another provider on your behalf, please email records@thrivecarolinas.com.
Billing Questions – Office Visits
Thrive is an out-of-network provider, but we are happy to provide you with a copy of your superbill upon request. If you would like a copy of the superbill from your visit, please email info@thrivecarolinas.com, subject: superbill request. If you need receipts for more than one visit, please provide the date of service for each visit.
Billing Questions – Labcorp
Labcorp is a separate entity located within Thrive. We are not affiliated with their processing or billing. If you believe there is an error on your Labcorp bill, please contact their billing department to confirm that they have your correct insurance on file. If you are self-pay, you will be asked to pay Labcorp directly at the register with the phlebotomist.
