Thrive is moving to AthenaHealth
We are excited to inform you that in the coming weeks,we are implementing a new electronic health record system (EHR) designed to improve your experience and enhance the quality of care we provide. We will be transitioning from Power2Practice to Athena Health.
What does this mean for you?
The move to Athena Health will streamline various aspects of your care, including appointment rescheduling, patient records and care coordination. Some of the benefits include:
- Convenient online access: Download the Athena Patient app to quickly and easily access messaging, health records, test results, and more.
- Improved communication: This change will make communication more efficient, with things like easier prescription refills, reminders for check-ups, embedded telehealth, and better access to your medical team.
- Enhanced security: To protect your personal health information, we have been working closely with our onboarding team to ensure that your patient records are transferred safely and sound using encryption and HIPAA-compliant file sharing. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process.
What do you need to do?
If you have an upcoming appointment, please look out for an email to register your Athena portal. Once you have registered your portal, the system will guide you through online check-in. This will allow you to confirm that your information is correct or request any changes to your demographics, current medications, etc.
If you do not have an upcoming appointment but would like to register your portal, please contact our office. We will be happy to send you the registration email so you can log in to your Athena portal whenever you choose.
