Restorative yoga is a gentle and still style of yoga that utilizes props such as blankets and bolsters to help the body deeply relax and relieve stress. If you need a pause to help realign, restore, and rebalance, this is the experience for you. You’ll be expertly guided so that your body, mind, and spirit can rest and renew. All abilities welcomed. Free Slow Flow Yoga

Thrive is offering a FREE slow flow yoga class on Wednesday, October 6th at 12pm with Kathy Dickinson. This class offers all the benefits of vinyasa yoga at a slower pace. Slow Flow is the perfect complement to any athlete's training program, as well as those looking to improve flexibility.   This class is for all levels.
