Claire began practicing yoga in 2010 to improve her flexibility. What she found as she continued to practice was so much more. Debbie Cohen, a fitness enthusiast from the suburbs of Boston, cannot remember a time when she wasn’t involved in some sort of sport. It wasn’t until college though, that she was introduced to yoga. It was one of those things where once she started, her passion for the practice was immediate.
