Client relationships – I love getting to know people!
What’s so special about Thrive?
I’ve learned in just a short time here that Thrive is a place of healing. The doctors and staff are amazing and I feel grateful to be a part of it.
Where did you grow up?
WV + Maryland
Any Activities/Hobbies outside of Thrive?
Fitness, my pups + planning my next trip to Mexico
If you could recommend one thing to someone new coming to thrive it would be?
Have an open mind and try to utilize all of the services that Thrive has to offer. I don’t think most people realize that we have fitness classes, massage, esthetics, acupuncture and yes, we do take male patients! Also, remember that health and wellness is a journey – not a quick fix.
What is your definition of Functional Medicine?
Functional Medicine is finding out the main core of the problem and not just treating the symptoms. I just recently had a Functional appointment and learned so much- I highly recommend it!
The best part about an appointment? What is the best piece of information you could give to a new patient?
Learning how every piece of your life has led you to where you are now. Stress, diet, medications, past traumas…it all plays a part in your overall health. My best advice is to fill out the new patient questionnaire honestly and in its entirety. Every piece of your patient history will help your doctor help you.

Nothing…Jordan is honestly the best boss I’ve ever had! (And he’s hilarious)
What’s your favorite class at Thrive? Why?
Boot Camp – You can burn an extreme amount of calories in 40 minutes – strength and cardio, what could be better?
If you could have one Super Power, what would it be?
Flying or the ability to teleport (so I could be in Mexico any time I wanted).
Do you believe pineapple should be on pizza? (Gluten-Free, of course)
