However, she also does private chef work and small-group catering and occasionally does wellness retreats focused on health and wellness. Emily is a doctor of physical therapy specializing in pelvic floor therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and orthopedic issues. She is an Ohio native who grew up in a family-owned PT practice where she saw firsthand what it took to provide quality care. She believes this starts with a good patient/therapist relationship that is achieved through one on one uninterrupted sessions. It was during her doctoral studies at Pacific University that her interest in pelvic floor therapy and vestibular rehabilitation grew. Paras Mehta, MD

Paras Mehta, MD is a physiatrist in Charlotte, NC who is board-certified in PM&R and board-certified in integrative medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan, completed a residency at Atrium Medical Center (formerly Carolinas Medical Center) in Charlotte, NC, and designed an integrative medicine fellowship combining regenerative medicine and acupuncture-related techniques in conjunction with the two-year University of Arizona integrative medicine fellowship.
