The vagus nerve is the key information expressway between the brain and most internal organs. As a result, what happens in the vagus nerve can impact the entire body. Stimulating the vagus nerve can reduce inflammation, improve heart rate variability, and regulate autonomic function, all of which are related to vagus nerve function.
We’ll begin with a 55-minute yoga class with Suzanne Bergen and end with a short presentation by Dr. Scott Greenapple. All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered. Wear your yoga clothes and bring your mat!
