Stop Over-Drinking is a 4 week virtual or in-person program for people who want to change their relationship with alcohol.
In the 4 weeks, you’ll learn to develop a relationship with alcohol that works for you.
Learn skills based on science to follow through and trust in yourself. You’ll also get resources for further exploration and supplement suggestions to help process alcohol better. Best of all, you’ll be equipped with a toolbox of skills that you can use for food and weight loss. Join this program for a nonjudgemental way to reduce alcohol intake and improve your health.

Leslie is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in the medical field. She found Functional Medicine after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and helping her son overcome debilitating food allergies as he headed to college.
Leslie is trained as a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Health & Habit Coach, and Life Coach. In her business, Sage Life Health, Leslie helps stressed-out, busy people who want to make life and health a priority in a 1:1 coaching program. Leslie is also a patient at Thrive!
