In this week’s Motivation, Dr. Fletcher reminds us that the gut isn’t just where digestion happens, it’s where health begins. That’s why the Thrive team is inviting you to a special Yoga & Learn: Heal Your Gut session on Monday, November 17th, dedicated to restoring your gut and reclaiming your health from the inside out.

Remove, Replace, Reinoculate, Repair, and Rebalance.

This integrative approach focuses on removing irritants, replenishing digestive enzymes, reinoculating with beneficial bacteria, repairing the gut lining, and rebalancing lifestyle factors that promote long-term health.

A Gentle Yoga Flow to Support Digestion

The session begins with a gentle yoga flow designed to stimulate the digestive system and calm the nervous system, helping your body shift into a healing state. Movement, breath, and mindfulness come together to prepare the body and mind for restoration.
