Yoga & Learn: Understanding Thyroid Health
Over 12% of Americans have thyroid disease, and many do not even know it.
The thyroid may be small, but it has a major impact on how you feel every day. From energy and metabolism to mood, digestion, and temperature regulation, this small gland plays a powerful role in overall health.

Why a Conversation About our Thyroid Matters
Thyroid symptoms are often subtle, easy to dismiss, or mistaken for other issues. That is one reason so many people live with thyroid dysfunction without realizing it. Education is the first step toward better awareness, better questions, and better care.
Join us for an evening of movement, learning, and practical insight into one of the body’s most important hormone systems.
