Hormone Pellet Therapy Now Available at Thrive
Thrive is excited to announce the launch of Evexipel pellet therapy this fall, an innovative option for both women and men seeking safe, effective hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Thrive physicians are uniquely trained to design personalized hormone optimization programs that support energy, vitality, and long-term health.
Why Choose Pellet Therapy?
Unlike injections, patches, or creams, pellet therapy provides a steady and consistent release of hormones over several months. This approach minimizes fluctuations and provides a more stable balance.
Benefits may include:
- Improved energy and stamina
- Better mood and mental clarity
- Enhanced sleep quality
- Increased libido and sexual health
- More convenient, no daily or weekly dosing
How It Works
- Step 1: Consultation & Labs – A 20–30 minute initial consult with one of our providers with lab work to establish baseline hormone levels.
- Step 2: Pellet Insertion – Plan to block 30 minutes for comfort and prep, but the scheduled simple in-office procedure should take less than 10 minutes.
- Step 3: Follow-Up & Monitoring – We then conduct a post-insertion check-in to ensure optimal results and conduct ongoing lab monitoring to adjust dosage as needed.
Treatment Timeline
- Women: Pellet reinsertion every 12–14 weeks
- Men: Pellet reinsertion every 6 months
Safety & Considerations
As with any medical treatment, pellet therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Common risks may include temporary site irritation, infection, or pellet extrusion, as well as possible changes in red blood cell counts, acne, or hair growth.
That’s why every Thrive patient receives a thorough consultation and personalized treatment plan, with hormone levels carefully monitored to ensure safety and effectiveness.
