Menopause, Estrogen, and Hormone Replacement Therapy
In this week’s Motivation, Dr. Palermo shares insights into the benefits of estrogen and hormone replacement therapy and why this conversation matters to so many women navigating midlife changes.
Menopause is a major transition that can affect nearly every system in the body. While hot flashes and night sweats often get the most attention, changes in estrogen can also influence sleep, mood, energy, metabolism, bone health, vaginal health, and overall quality of life. Understanding what’s happening in the body is the first step toward making informed, confident decisions about your health.
