Rest & Reset is a gentle, all-levels restorative yoga experience designed to help your body soften, your mind slow down, and your stress levels drop a few notches, or ten.
This is not a workout.
It’s a reset.
Through fully supported restorative postures, guided meditation, breath awareness, and calming sound, this class creates space for your nervous system to regulate and your body to deeply rest.
You won’t be doing yoga.
You’ll be being in yoga.

The class will kick off on March 14 from 12 noon-1 pm and will be treated as a regularly scheduled class, open to Thrivers and the public, held once per month on the 2nd Saturday, ongoing.
