8 oz liquid + ½ cup cut fruit (fresh or frozen) + 1 cup vegetable + 1 scoop protein powder + fat + natural sweetener + healthy add-ons + High Powered Blender
Liquid base: 1 cup coconut water; ½ cup filtered water with ½ cup almond, cashew or coconut milk
Fruit: ½ cup seasonal or frozen but not peeled!
Protein: whey or vegan – no flavoring needed (optional); 2 T almond, cashew or peanut butter; 1 scoop collagen powder
Fat: ½ avocado; 1 T almond or cashew butter; 2 t MCT oil
Natural Sweetener: 2 dates, pitted and halved; 1 T maple syrup ( or less); ½ T honey ( over time you will be able to reduce the amount of the natural sweetener)
Healthy Add-Ins: ½ t ground ginger, turmeric or lemon rind; 1 t minced fresh ginger or ½ t minced fresh turmeric; 1-2 T ground flax seed; 1 T hemp seeds
Add all ingredients and blend well.
