Try this delicious faux oatmeal or “fauxtmeal” from @wellwithmeghan
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 20-30 grams Primal Kitchen Vanilla Collagen
On the stovetop, heat almond milk and stir in seeds. Once bubbling, reduce heat and add protein powder. Stir until combined. Simmer until it thickens, then serve in a bowl and add toppings.
Optional: Top with frozen raspberries, cacao nibs, raw pumpkin seeds, slivered almonds or unsweetened coconut flakes
