Healthy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
Fresh Pumpkin Seeds
1 teaspoon canola oil
pinch of salt (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place rack in center of oven
Place seeds in a small bowl or plate and drizzle with canola oil mix the seeds up to coat evenly. Add a pinch of salt for taste.
Line a cooking sheet with foil and place pumpkin seeds evenly on cooking sheet.
Bake the seeds for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Stirring occasionally for consistency.
Store in an airtight container for up to one week or serve immediately. Enjoy!
