Vegetables & Base:
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- Cauliflower rice or brown rice, for serving
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for broccoli)
Directions
- Prep the chicken.
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, then toss with tapioca flour until evenly coated. - Cook the chicken.
Heat 1–2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. - Make the sauce.
