Shrimp Toasts
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound wild-caught shrimp, peeled
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce or gluten-free tamari

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 loaf thin French baguette
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
- Sesame seeds

Directions
- Preheat oven to 475°F.
- Add shrimp, sesame oil, green onions, tamari, coconut sugar, and salt to a food processor.
- Pulse until a smooth paste forms.
- Slice the baguette into thin rounds.
- Brush each slice lightly with melted butter or ghee.
- Toast bread in the oven for 1–2 minutes until lightly crisp.
- Remove and cool slightly.
- Spread a thin layer of shrimp mixture onto each toast.
