Simple Springtime Qi Gong

This Springtime Qi Gong method aids in clearing the liver and gall bladder meridian/channel.

This is a great and fast way you can help clear any stagnation stuck in the liver. Take a few minutes each day if you can and add this to your daily routine and receive the benefits that can help some of the issues of an unhealthy liver.

Remember, the best health care is self-care.

Some symptoms of unhealthy functioning of Liver Qi include:

  • muscle tension and cramps;
  • headaches and migraine;
  • eye problems (dry, gritty eyes/blurred vision);
  • mood swings;
  • irregular menstruation;
  • waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep;
  • anger and frustration;
  • aches and pains in the sides of the body.

Starting in June, Dr. Greenapple will be teaching classes on Medical Qi Gong that will address each organ and Meridian in the body to help prevent and tone your immune system and address any symptomatic issues you may have. He will be leading classes focusing on an ancient and well-known practice called Baduanjin (Eight Silken Brocades) that he learned from Master Zhou when he was in the  Wudong mountains of China.
