Qi Gong is a combination of movement, breath techniques, postures, and Mindfulness Meditation. Also known as movement meditation or as Harvard has called it "Movement Medication". Qi means "Lifeforce, vital energy, breath". Gong means "cultivation or work". So, Qi Gong can be translated as "mastering your vital energy" to open the most profound medicine found within your own body.
