Broiled Lamb Chops with Rosemary
Rosemary has this incredibly aromatic woody flavor and these lamb chops soak all of that flavor right up!

Ingredients: (Servings: 4, Calories: 194)
- 4 lamb chops (lean)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the broiler.
- Drizzle oil over lamb chops and rub to coat them.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, and dried rosemary, and season both sides of the lamb chops. Rub spices into chops.
- Move the lamb to a broiler pan, and broil for 8-10 minutes. Flip once during cooking. When done, lamb should be only slightly pink in the center.
