Broiled Lamb Chops with Rosemary

Rosemary has this incredibly aromatic woody flavor and these lamb chops soak all of that flavor right up!

Thanks to our friends at The Institute of Functional Medicine for sharing this recipe that is as delicious as it is easy to make.

Ingredients: (Servings: 4, Calories: 194)

  • 4 lamb chops (lean)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Drizzle oil over lamb chops and rub to coat them.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, and dried rosemary, and season both sides of the lamb chops. Rub spices into chops.
  4. Move the lamb to a broiler pan, and broil for 8-10 minutes. Flip once during cooking. When done, lamb should be only slightly pink in the center.
