Cauliflower Stir Fry
Enjoy fresh vegetables and savory sauces in this Cauliflower Stir Fry recipe, where tender cauliflower florets take center stage in a deliciously wholesome and quick-to-prepare meal.
Stir Fry Ingredients:
- 5 cups cauliflower florets
- 1.5 cups snow peas
- 2 T Avocado or coconut oil
- 2 garlic cloves cut into thin slices
- ¼ t salt
- 1 t Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 t garam masala
- ¾ t garlic powder
- 2 T fresh coriander leaves
Stir Fry Sauce:
- 1 t Maple Syrup
- ¾ T tamari
- ¾ T apple cider vinegar
Directions:
- Mix together salt, chili powder, garam masala, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Add oil to stir fry pan. Add garlic and cauliflower. Cook over medium heat until florets are softened. Reduce heat.
- Sprinkle with spice mix and mix well. Add stir-fry sauce and increase heat. Stir fry until sauce is incorporated.
- Top with fresh cilantro and serve.
